LANGUAGE WARNING: I regret that Donut Operator uses profanity in his videos. It’s use does not enhance the video in any fashion, IMHO. His use of profanity may cause many(those that would benifit) not to watch the video. With this being said, this video does present more information than any other sources that I’ve seen or heard.
I watched the live stream he ran over the hearing and while yes there were some profanity, in this specific situation i feel it warranted. That director of Public Safety did well to paint a picture of what happened, why it happened, and what caused all the main response problems. It shined a glaring red light on why communication is key and also proper field testing of equipment is paramount before it is needed in an actual emergency.
