Probably not as much as you would think or hope for.

The metallurgy has advanced so far since then. Never, ever fire +P stuff thru it. 
S&W 30-1 in 32 SW Long. A local gun from here in Bristow. Grandpa died and Grandma got tired of it laying around in the sock drawer. Now it’s in my sock drawer. SN is in 500000 range.
