It has been studied for a few decades and there is some proof that vitamin D makes for a healthier respiratory system.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2759054/
From 2009

2019.

One of my friends was talking about Vitamin D and other things that help absorption of vitamin D
And was saying some doctor tested patients with Covid 19 for their D levels and all that tested positive were deficient in levels of D.

Interesting and with some google searching it leads to just more information and another theory.

I wonder if there is a written study that people that have the Positive Covid 19 test results that have no symptoms have high or normal D levels.

I've been a big believer in Vitamin D for quite some time, for many reasons.

If you don't get out in the sun much, you should supplement.

Check wikipedia! The looney lefties have already changed the information to debunk this.
It's like they want everybody to die and depopulate the world.

If Trump says he is taking it, no telling what the media reaction will be. It would be a fun experiment for him to causally drop that fact in a comment or tweet.

Think closely! The easiest and cheapest way to get a good dose of vitamin D is sunshine!
Why do the blue staters want you to hide inside in the dark?
64% of all covid cases in NY are shelter in place people.
84% of those NY cases are 65 or older people sheltering in place.
Go outside people!

My wife and I are outdoors people. Tons of yard work, camping, boating etc. she was still low on her vitamin D and has been taking 5000 units for a long time. You’d be surprised how much it takes to maintain the recommended levels

You’d think people could just get vitamins from food like eggs and dairy, but we don’t know what food is anymore so go ahead and get those vitamins in pills from the store the efficacy of which is a little suspect.
I’m going to pick up a little vitamin D supplement myself.
I eat a lot of eggs. I take a multi-vitamin already, but I’m a voodoo child, and I’m not even kidding.

Where are the best vitamins? Health food store (expensive) Walmart (cheap)?
Or are they all made in china?

The best vitamins are in food and sun light. Over the counter you’re taking your chances. Many Americans seem to suffer from vitamin D deficiency for whatever reason.
Take the white pill.
