Does that mean what I think?
Looks like you may be braving the roads tomorrow.
Yes sir - you can come pick up your can tomorrow (Sunday), if you'd like!
I will see you tomorrow.
dang, wish it was me.....
It seems like forever.
congrats, but that makes mine even more frustrating.
approved a week before it.
Lt. Col. Maj., what's the process if it's lost?
what's the wait/no show period before it's determined "lost"?
who initiates the replacement request?
Any info helps.
USPS may not be great, but it's not taking two weeks to get from WVa to OK. Especially since my other arrived (to Martin) and now one that was approved a week after mine arrived (to you).
The problem may not be with USPS - the ATF mailroom can be like a black hole. This one time (at band camp), I had a HUGE group of about 50 approved Form 3s that went down to their mailroom and then just dissapeared for A MONTH!!!!! Then they mysteriously resurfaced and arrived in the mail (no kidding, one month passed between the approval date and the post mark on the envelope).
I'd say that if you don't receive your approved SBR Form 1 within a month of the approval date, then you can request that the ATF send you a copy (they keep a copy at ATF HQ and can use it to make a certified copy to send to ya).
Thank you sir!
So, two more weeks. ugh! My gsg-sbr and spectre will likely be pending by then so it might just be a big ol' party come mid-April.
Looks like I'll have an sbr tomorrow! WOO HOO! A little birdy said my stamp arrived yesterday. He's kind of a quiet bird but but he sang the song I wanted to hear.
