I was going to buy a pocket knife one time at Walmart for a gift. Had to get an employee paged twice. A super nice lady showed up with TWO rings of keys. Said she didn't usually work sporting goods but would find the right key to open the knife case. She went through both key rings and no luck. She grabbed a young male employee and he tried both rings of keys also. They were both apologetic and said somebody probably left for the day with the correct key (it was early evening when this happened). That was my typical luck with Walmart. And then under the Rona, Walmart decided they don't really want to take legal U.S. tender any more. While their employees have been nice to me, based on their management I decided Walmart can kiss me where I can't (and I don't mean on the elbow).
