Let's hope its not true. My logic is wal-mart likes money too much to quite selling ammo. They will take all the sales they can get.

Look on the bright side - If WalMart quits selling ammo, it could provide a huge boon to your local gunshop. I would rather shop at a gun shop than wal-mart anyway.

I would rather shop a local gun shop as well but you really can't beat 24hr service.

i was referring to the other stuff i buy... i shop at gun shops & online for ammo

Called at 8:15 AM today and was told that they were temporarily suspending sales of ammo. I told them that I would not spend another dime at Wal-Mart ever again. I then asked for the mailing address for the board of directors so I could mail them my Sam's card. Here it is if you would like to send them a letter or a bag-o-poo...

at severely inflated prices..... Walmart keeps gunshops competitive.
