If I had a scale I'd compare them for ya. Weight wasnt a concern but I dont think its drastic.

Save a little cash and look up the Turnbull TAR 15 (Think that's the model). It's beautiful wood furniture PLUS a case hardened steel receiver. I got to see some in person a few years ago and though I'm sure it was not everyone's cup of tea, it was very different and beautifully made.

Shot this for the first time today...ran like a champ and will be a fun little plinker. Only shot 20 or so rounds but it was fun!

Either way. That thing looks awesome! I remember seeing one of these as a kid. Never see em like that much.
