Walther PPK - safety tripping on while shooting

I said above I would carry it in DA Mode with a round in the chamber and the safety off, and I will. So, all the little pieces are coming back out of the pistol for a little prudent modification. I could ship the gun back to Walther again, but I'm kind of liking this whole project, so far, and if everything ends up as a shoebox full of parts I will ship it, but at this point...nah.
