No longer allowing new water meters outside the city limits (rural water) As President of our homeowners association I told 2 people building new homes to get their water meter first before the construction. First one listened and went before the city in his Air Force uniform and finally got them to ok it. Second guy didn't listen, broke ground, poured the slab for the house and then applied... they denied him. There is no good well water either. He is still trying appeals.</p></blockquote><p></p>
