"They go to prison for shooting the cop. Big difference." "They" don't always get caught shooting a cop. Nobody sees anything when it's a cop getting shot.

This is what drives me nuts. I have been accused of being a BadgeBunny for-EVAH ... Yet I am more vocal about what needs to happen to bad cops as anybody on the planet.

I can rattle off the top of my head 3, maybe 4 former officers who are currently having room and board provided for them because of malfeasance. One of them I used to speak to at the Capitol Building every day.

And as long as cops are human they are gonna make mistakes. It is just an unfortunate part of our existence. None of us make the right decision all the time and unintended consequences suck a bear's ass when your split-second decision in the heat of the moment gravely injures an innocent -- or costs them their life.

I wish I was as perfect as some of you guys are. I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in now if I were.
