I don’t know why so many people dog on divers. I cooked up some goldeneye right next to some mallards. Nobody at the table could tell one from the next.

I’ve always had the opinion that a duck is a duck when it comes to eating it.

Took awhile to get a limit this morning. I had hopes of fresh birds with this last front....Nothing to get excited about as far as migration is concerned. Too bad because we have great conditions and more huntable water than we have had in the last 7-8 years

Not much in SE KS, Tulsa north on 75 every pond had birds of some kind. We didn't use a boat for those wondering lol.
