I don't think many here are into "health & wellness"
how many here excercise at minimum a few times a week?
Much less, an hour a week, 5 hours a week, 10 hours a week?
I don't see it as a priority here.
No more priority than NFA items for other people. But exercise has its niche group on here. I am not advocating adding another sub-section. But more people need to be exercising. So more people need to be discussing exercise. It damn sure should get more screen time than memes thread.

Not great "exercise," but the wife and I try to walk every day. With my bum knees, I'm pretty much limited to about 2 miles a day, maybe 5 days a week. Mostly, we walk in the malls, but occasionally at a couple of parks in Yukon and Blanchard when the weather is really nice.

I eat all of these but not daily...maybe I will make an effort to get more frequently. However, I drink a lot of coffee and black tea and occasional green tea hot, or cold w/ lemons. However, I've never tried the "matcha" version...I figured it was just a liberal thing but maybe I will see how it tastes (anyone try matcha before?).

As for green tea supplements, they spook me because I saw a report of some of them being so concentrated that they caused liver failure in some people, so although I do take a handful of supplements (fish oil, C, etc.), I prefer to get my tea as a drink.
