I hate the gym so I’ve been cutting and splitting wood since the beginning of the year and between that and a keto diet I’m down almost 25# and had to buy new jeans today. I’ve cut, split, and stacked about 3 cords of oak, hackberry, and elm, but sadly I don’t have a stove or fireplace.

Getting up and moving around is good for ya.

As far as eating healthy the first thing to remember - FIBER. The old man's secret weapon.

I don't think many here are into "health & wellness"
how many here excercise at minimum a few times a week?
Much less, an hour a week, 5 hours a week, 10 hours a week?
I don't see it as a priority here.
I do 4-6 days at the gym a week, whether I have time for 20 minutes or 2 hours. I also walk the dogs, train with the pup, hike with the wife during the summer, ride my bike 30-60 miles a week when its nice, and put some good mileage in when hunting. You would never guess it looking at me though, I like food and booze too much I guess.
