Is the pilot lit? If so, it might be a rollout switch from all these high winds blowing back down your flue. turn the heat OFF at the thermostat.
Then check to make sure it's OFF.
Now go turn it off again!
Ok, is it off? Have someone with better eyes check.
Open the panel on the furnace now and look for a thing that looks like this with two wires going to it. It'll be near the burners, probably just above.

Once you find it you see the red part? That's the switch part. just press it back down and it should fire up. If it's not tripped, it won't press down. Some systems have two of these.
Turn the heat back on and see if it works. If it trips again, have a pro check it. Wind can cause it to trip sometimes, but if it happens regularly you might have a blockage or a gas pressure problem.
