Don't know OSA photographers and bakers (know plenty of both off-site through my experience doing audio for weddings mostly at my church, and they're not exactly inexpensive), but if you're looking for decor at some point, the week or two after V-day is GREAT. For example, if you walk into a wedding shop and ask about flower petals, you'll get told $25/box of 100 (which don't go very far). If you hit up Wal-Mart at 12:01 AM February 15th (or 7:30AM, depending on local store policy), you can get V-day petals for $0.50/250 if they're still around. All of our decorations were done on V-day clearance from big box stores... colors were red and black. Also, if your wedding and/or groom's cake is not obviously wedding related, don't use the word "wedding" in the conversation about the cake. Also, if you want to save cash on a wedding dress, see if someone you know likes to sew and would like to gift it to you, even just the labor, or hook you up. Someone who is talented at that can likely take the picture of the $10K dress in the magazine and make a pretty accurate replica for $300 or so in material...
