Yeah those are my complaints too and the knob sensitivity. Did you end up with the first gen or 2.0 version?

I was forced to try mine on 110v. Worked fine even through a ridiculously long extension cord. 6011 3/32 at 70 amps

The plasma cutter is great FYI if you needed another reason to spend money lol
Yeah, for the most part I've been using 110 with about 50' HEAVY ext chord. Think i have been at 65 on the 3/32 6011. But i was welding thin material.
Plasma cutter. Oh no. Is it by Tooliom also?

Ok now I’m curious. How did you break it and what broke? Fix it yet?
Yes. One of the hitch pins fell out before I realised it, bent one of the lower attach points, tried to straighten it and it basically cracked when put back in place.
Had to grind cut and weld. Need to stand it up on the back and get a couple more welds but i spread a couple more loads of crushed asphalt millings since I put a doubler on it.
