On your walks look for wild good to eat mushrooms.
They have antiviral properties ya know.
Oyster mushrooms are doing well right now.

I have some in the fridge I got last week.
Look for overgrown wooded areas and fallen trees and even nice live trees with those stacked and growing on them.
