Your in Lawton. The OKC news paper posted a big report of a breeding population on the Wichita Mtns refuge years ago. The ODW has an active web page of cougars that have been verified in this state.
We have them, but mostly young males that are hunting for new territory. The cougar that was killed south of Ponca City by a train had a radio collar on it from South Dakota.

You missed the point. They say that still for the joke of it.

I've only seen one, but it was something to behold. A split second that will live in my memory forever.
