I guess you could consider this reloading. I cleaned crossbow bolts with damaged fletching and weighed the bare shafts to note the variations, and refletched 6 more with the quick fletch vanes. I’m waiting until my jig gets here to refletch the rest.
I have a watch sitting on my microscope on my loading bench...... For about a month now LOL. Watch pissed me off so I have been ignoring it LOL. Need to scootch it back and clean my carry guns .....
Do not have to mow tomorrow so I may just go the the range and clean them on the tailgate and flip the watch double birds! Waiting on a spring for the watch, took it apart and found a broken spring.
It's my reloading/anything gun related room, so today I took the dremel to my Tikka's stock to free float it more. Always seems like I'll get sighted in for a few shots and then the barrel heats up and throws bullets wherever it wants. The stock was definitely touching in a few spots, so here's hoping this helps.
I did get to shoot some .38 special and 10mm today that I loaded earlier in the week. All 10 fingers survive for now!
Got some new dies, so this weekend I managed to load up 200 rounds of 308, size and swage about 300 pieces of 223, size 110 pieces of 300 win mag, and size around 450 pieces of 38 special.
I'll definitely be excited when I finally get a progressive press...
