What do you do in your Tree Stand??

Obviously I’m bored and play on my phone while in the stand. What do y’all do?

1. Coffee or no coffee?
2. Read books
3. Have snacks (yep for me)
4. Eat sunflower seeds
5. Put in headphones and listen to music
6. ????

No coffee. Makes me pee to bad.

No headphones, can't focus on a book. Get to focused on the birds to see if they're deer. I try to pray for a good chunk of the time... Spend the morning with God as it were. And I'm in the stand now... So osa as well.

I have a collection of electronic games. Yahtzee, poker, etc. All have either the sound option or I take them apart and unhook the wires to the speaker. I keep them in socks so they don't bang around in my pack. I also label the sock with a sharpie so I know which one it is.
And of course,OSA

Guess I am old fashioned I look for movement and take naps.
my tree stand most of the time is just a nice shaped tree limb.
I have sat in the top of a cedar before. Talk about cover scent.
I do not and have never owned a cell phone. I quit playing video games when I got kids back in 1988.

Now I just want to put meat on the table..Was thinking of heading out this morning but too many things to do.
Tomorrow for sure though.

Guess I am old fashioned I look for movement and take naps.
my tree stand most of the time is just a nice shaped tree limb.
I have sat in the top of a cedar before. Talk about cover scent.
I do not and have never owned a cell phone. I quit playing video games when I got kids back in 1988.

Now I just want to put meat on the table..Was thinking of heading out this morning but too many things to do.
Tomorrow for sure though.

Thanks. I have two friends from India on their first visit to the u.s. sitting in another stand weaponless, so I really hope they see one I shoot one for them to see up close

I have friends from India also.. Some have been here since the mid 70's at least the father.
Funny how they get their names..One is named George Phillip the brother is Phillip George.

OK odd I asked why.
They said they get their name the first day of school..if your adult person that takes you to school is named phillip then that becomes your last name... they ask what do you call this child..we call him George.. what is your name?

I asked them what was odd to them when they came to America.. one said Chocolate was odd.. smells like dung and everyone eats it.
Said he could not stand the stuff but likes it now.
Another said all white people look the same.
HAHA!! ..then I got to looking at old white dudes with beards... yep all the grey beards look the same.

Nice people for sure and very good cooks.
The ones i know have a second cooking stove outside or in the garage ..they do not want to stink up the house with some of their cooking..Pretty keen idea really.

Hmm you’re not old fashioned for your hunting style, but never owned a cellphone? That is astonishing.

Do not see one reason for me to have one.
Never had cable TV either..I will not pay to watch TV. I can get it for free over the air.
