It's hanging from the dash of 1966 Ford Bronco. I've got no idea on this one.

160 would be a bit warm for AC.

0-160 would maybe be an AM radio dial? I'm betting it's a control for an 8 track player.

Actually. I forgot AM starts at 54. 0-160 does appear to be very common for pressure gauges though.....

They did put air bags inside the front coils fairly often. They just were filled with a normal Schrader valve and an air hose. I've seen rear air shocks on them too. Not sure if they had on board air compressors that far back or not
