Maybe so, but your cut-off jorts uniform more than make up for it. :hey3: The closest to an amazing filet mignon I've ever had was at The Petroleum Club in downtown OKC, but it was far from perfect. Plus, I much prefer their orange roughy fish. I've given up on trying to find a perfect steak at a restaurant and because of that, I typically don't go to many steakhouses. So, I'd have to say my favorite (which for reasons mentioned doesn't mean much) would have to be Cattlemen's. It's not too bad, but nothing that makes me want to slap my momma. If I order a steak out, I'll always go for a ribeye or porterhouse. My favorite steak is done at home. A bison ribeye served up medium rare with just a little garlic, salt and pepper.
