What made this hole(s)

What made this hole, or holes?
I don’t know the answer, I am asking for opinions.
2019 or 2020 aluminum wheel. 29k miles on the tire.

Bullet? It went through the tire and rim?
Did it hit the brake caliper, hub or other side of the rim?

Screwdriver? I had one go through the tire on my truck and scratch the inside of the rim, but because the tire had a tall sidewall, the rim was fine.

Looks like a bullet...something else would have probably stayed in there. I've seen those a few times.

It wouldn't have to be steel core for an aluminum rim...have seen the same results with 77gr and 55gr and 308.
