or maybe try to thread the hole and put a bolt in it with silicone and see if I can get it to hold air.
You might consider a fine thread, with a phillips head, and coat both (threaded hole and bolt) with the highest grade of loctite. Install it from inside the rim, and leave about one thread sticking outside.

Just a thought.

I have looked at several different options. I have talked to two people at businesses that weld aluminum wheels. I am still trying to decide what my best option is. Thank you for giving me another option.
