I found this in my tool box waaaay in the back while I was cleaning the box and tools.

It is knurled aluminum.

I'm assuming it is air operated because it has two check balls and one spring. The ends are different size holes and are threaded.

My guess, it is something for a bike tube?

Looks like a fitting that should have a grease zerk in one end and screws onto something. Since it has two ball check valves, I'm thinking maybe it is two different fittings screwed together so the inner parts don't fall out. Like it is nothing would pass through it.
