The issue with the coupling is one end will have to screw into something that has something like a post in it to open the ball check valve on that end or pressure to open it. Then if grease was pumped into the other end, that would open that ball check valve.

Wouldn't that be a high pressure hydraulic grease fitting? Maybe not, apparently the only guy who knows isn't talking.
