Whats It Worth ???

I have a friend who has a 1985 year model, brand new in the box, never fired, remington model 1100 12g, vent rib barrel, mint,mint,mint...he is wanting to sell it. i know you shotgun experts can help out. whats it worth??

Really boils down to what someone is willing to give for it.
Which one is it?

Sportsman $300-$350.
Field grade $350-$400.
Special field $510-$570.
