What's the last thing you were EXCITED about????

Oh this is not my first rodeo. I've had neck, rotator cuff, ankle, a breast reduction (Grumpy is still in mourning lol) and now back surgery -- PT after every one of them. That's not counting the 5 abdominal surgeries I've had where they didn't send me to PT (but I wish they had. Might have gotten my strength back quicker from those).

My fear was that they had made me "sit out" for so long that my core was gonna bs significantly weaker. I was not wrong. I fell asleep in the car, then came in the house and went straight to bed. Lol Slept good, though. Like the dead, actually!

I get to go back and do it again today. And I'm actually excited. Haha! (Glutton for punishment). They gave me some stretches that hurt SO GOOD ...

Dear Lord BOTH!! Those things were MONSTROUS!! I HATED them. Apparently my back and neck did too! Lol I got 3 inches taller over night. Had no idea what it felt like to bs able to actually stand up STRAIGHT! Lmao!

I was tickled to be able to recently buy some powder........and it even was something I wanted!!!

I was excited when I found out my guitar teacher tested negative on the zombie virus.

But got my test result the next day, and it was positive.

I'm excited that today, I am out of isolation!!

Being stuck at home because of all things Covid sure has made me a better guitar player, I just learned how to do the Jimmy Page DADGAD tuning and fingering to play Kashmir and I learned how Rev Willie plays ZZTops "Chevrolet"
Damn covid tried to kill me, made me play the blues with new feeling for down and dirty
