Funny timing. Just today the Yelp app sent me a notice that the Ridge's patio is open for dining.
About a 1/2 mile north is the Creek Turnpike, there is an off ramp from the Creek Turnpike to Mingo Road, the turnpike uses concrete walls for barriers and to quiet the highway noise, that might be the walls you were talking about.
What you have circled is PJ’s Bar and grill -- Ridge Grill is located at the upper building near the courtyard of your picture. I have not been to either but I used to go a pizza place, where PJ’s is located.

Next door to the Ridge is a place called Society Burger. You MUST try. Here is my normal meal there. It has a cheese “skirt” and is only $9 (please do not show this to my cardiologist)
