Refrigeration. I'm a food guy, and the thought of reducing the contents of my freezer to jerky or canned items makes me sad.

Mine would be leisure. With a full time job, a spouse with a full time job and three active kids pulling us in a million directions...the ability to sit down for two hours and watch a movie on the couch is pure heaven.
Losing the ability to relax, unwind and take things in would suck.

I have found that I can get "locked in" by a series.

I will say I have had so many things taken from me in my earlier years of life that taking stuff now would not matter much.
I would say companionship from your significant other is what I would miss most.
