During my LE career, I discovered one thing, the laws written by attorneys, judged by attorneys, then interpreted by attorneys are designed to make attorneys rich.

I think we've been down this road on several other threads. Bottom line, OK laws apply to OK. Everybody else's laws apply to them. Pretty simple.
