Not as much as i wish i could just some limbing and some testing on heavy boards, it makes short work of the items i have cut.
Get you a harbor freight chain sharpening tool. Cheap and if you cut enough wood to touch the blade into the dirt you will need it. $35 and it works good once set up. There are better out there but for $35 you can't go wrong.
Hardware store in town charges $10 to sharpen. It costs me $10 in fuel to drive to town and back home with another $10 to go back to town to pick it up a week later. I can sharpen a chain with this cheap unit one time and break even by doing it myself.
