Anybody ever pick up a sack to store or make into tortillas?

I've looked at Atwoods Whole corn and even though it's under 20 PPM Aflatoxin and should be fit for consumption, it's pretty dirty and low quality corn.

Looking for something a little higher in quality than that..

Thoughts.?

If you are planning on making tortillas, be sure to get some lye also.

You first have to soak the corn in a lye solution, and then make Masa. Soaking in the lye solution changes the corn so you can get all the nutrients from it.

Once you have Masa, you make the tortillas from the Masa.

They call that Nixtamalization. I got that part figured, I just can't find any corn with Mycotoxin ratings for human consumption sold in small batches locally.
