I was at a radar site (USAF) in New Mexico enjoying the desert. Only in for a little over a year at that time. Berlin crisis was slowly fading away and troops were angry that they'd been extended.

In 1962 I was a 2 year old playing on the floor in the kitchen, and generally getting underfoot with my 3 small (older) siblings.
The remainder of my siblings were still a few years out.
