Haha, I saw this thread title and was going to post these, then saw you beat me to it!
The Major delivered my first can a Spectre to me yesterday and I am very happy with it. First class service and a great can.

CZ 452 16 inch with a 9mmhodrod adapter, Weaver 2X7 scope, Harris bipod.
Next host will be a TacSol upper for a MKII or Buckmark.
Spectre or Element based on which one is more asthetically pleasing to you. The are both quiet but the Element is ugly IMO. Oh and AAC didn't tell the whole truth about the tube material. Not a big deal but it turns out their exotic steel alloy is basically 4140. The new ones are dipable though so...
If I bought a 22 can today it'd be a spectre or a silecerco sparrow.
Man I'm jones'in for a threaded 452!
I went at 3 pm and got to "test" a tac 65. I hope I didn't embarrass myself TOO much by drooling in front of the Lt. Colonel.
I was there at 3pm? I must have just missed ya! Well I decided on the Silencerco Sparrow, it is crazy quiet! Now for the wait!
Sorry to steal your thunder. I think that review of yours is one of my favorites. When I saw the question I instantly thought of it. Besides, the last time you tried to reference it you screwed it up, I just figured someone had to get it right.
You won't be disappointed. The Spectre would've been a good choice as well.
Honestly, it's a toss up.
Has anyone tried out the Alpine GemTech's new take down can?
So I decided on the Silencerco Sparrow.....Now im on #2!
I am building a .22 AR SBR'd and then canned, should I get the Spectre or another sparrow?
Or is there another one i havent considered?
