Which HB or Law is this?

I remember hearing that in February 2009 a law was passed allowing employees that are licensed to carry concealed to leave their gun concealed in their car while on their employer's property even if they don't allow weapons (except for those on school property). Where can I find this law (to referance it and read it word for word in it's entirity) and what's it's name?

The law was passed years ago; it was just recently that it was reinstated by the courts. The district court stayed enforcement pending appeal, and Oklahoma won the appeal at the Tenth Circuit a few months ago. Mouthpiece cited the section number for you.
