Which Molle vest/ Chest rig is everyone running? I am in the market for one, preferably with molle attachments so I can set it up however.....

+1 on the 5.11 plate carrier. Good quality and very inexpensive. Pick up some of their AR pouches and a dump pouch while your at it b/c they're on sale as well.

Kind of for an all around rig, I will end up using it for practical rifle matches and 3 gun. Although, it needs to be ideal for SHTF purposes too.

I use the H harness and simply seperate the hydration pack.

I am a minimalist and prefer a smaller, less cumbersome rig.

Some guys prefer to have EVERYTHING on their rig and like to carry 6+ mags. I run exactly the opposite. I prefer mobility and run the bare essentials of what I need: Water, food, med kit, and ammo.

If you want an "everything rig", Paul Howe was running one that I thought was pretty comfortable for all the stuff it held.

Plate carrier or just a chest rig? I ran a Falcon mkIII over my armor...loved it. Has a integral hydration pouch and plenty of molle attachment points.

For the minimalist route, I use an Eagle LE 6 mag chest rig.

i'm puttin some armor plate from my last job in my plate carrier. i doubt ill ever need it, but i don't have any other use for the armor
