    Rubber if your going to carry it concealed. Grit is tough on the skin.

    Rubber for sure. I've found, for myself at least, that just using the front and back and ditching the side panels works best.

    Thinks guys, I ordered a granulated front strap for my 1911 and rubber for my daughters Glock.
