Not the critter, the song.

JA's White Rabbit is one of my favorite songs, I think because of Grace Slick. I've listened to covers and none measure up, there is just something special about her.

I found this, it is an isolated vocal of White Rabbit, amazing.

Very nice. Even without the reverb enhancements she has a terrific voice.

From that video's description.

Q: Did you---or the studio or producers--enhance *vibrato*?
A: None of the above. Here's a good live TV performance, with Grace Slick's vibrato (and mostly sans reverb)

She wasn't bad on the eyes either. I liked their earlier music the most, before they changed to Starship.
Jefferson Starship then just Starship.

I put white rabbit in the same class of songs as “the End” and “paint it black” and Bowie’s Starman. Songs that tap into a deep part of you

Many good songs from the past.
I had a couple of their 8 tracks :)

I think Slick sang some when they became Starship.
From my googling she did sing backup.

I built a set of heads for Mark Abrahamian for his Chevelle and he sent me an E mail telling me he was done with a gig and had one more to do and then on home and would send me some money for the heads.
He never made it home .
Heart attack.
He was making or modifying some really nice Amps.
Rockstah Amps.
Get that old cool sound.

I know nothing after his death in 2012 except I ran "his" heads with the cam I suggested for them. 280H
Went 12's in my 57 chevy 4 door.

Small world.
