I smoked a pork shoulder yesterday. It turned out pretty tasty…

Yesterday, my son smoked a 20 lb Wagyu Brisket for the family. His wife made coleslaw, some kind of heavy corn bread with cheese and fresh corn, and baked beans. My squaw (his Mom) made a fresh blueberry pie. It was the best brisket that I’ve ever eaten. The Lord only knows what it cost…..
