So reading the article, carrying a weapon wasn't the charge (and shouldn't have been) but he was arrested for previous warrants. Going to the court house with a rifle is never a good idea though. However, going to AT&T? Shouldn't be a problem.

I looked him up on Oklahoma State Court Network. If he has been arrested and charged, there isn't anything showing up as a criminal case on OSCN. But, if his only arrest was this past weekend, it wouldn't be there anyway. It takes longer for the legal system to process him and show charges.
His name does show up in both Tulsa and Wagoner counties, but none are criminal notices. 2 in Tulsa county and one in Wagoner county are related to his marriage and divorce. The only other one in Wagoner county is one in traffic court for inattentive driving. That one goes clear back to June of 2014.

IIRC, the AT&T store in BA is within a stone’s throw from BAPD HQ so he should consider himself lucky to not have some extra holes leaking blood on the pavement.

I can think of only two reasons to purposely walk around with that kind of load out. You’re either mentally ill, or you’re just a raging dumbass. Then again, I guess it could be a combination of the two. 
Looks like skipping leg day is a regular occurrence...
