Nope, nothing's going on. The software defaults to LOCKED when a user places an ad, it's up the person posting to unlock it. It holds down comments in the classifieds.
Some people don't like the chatter, so they lock it. I consider it free bumps lol

Really, what's wrong with comments in the classifieds? If sellers don't like comments that are a legit, they don't have to post in the classifieds. Pretty simple really.
I thought the lock meant they were over priced and didn't want people calling them out on the price.
