Will “SB672 – Allow chamber loaded long gun in vehicle” Include SBR’s?

Anybody have some insight into this. I have been toying with idea of a SBR. Curious if SB672 would apply with an SBR?

Here is the response from OK2A

“The bill was written in support of non registered weapons. If you are legal with a registered weapon outside of a vehicle then unless there is a federal law it should be fine after 11-1-2021 inside a vehicle.”

AFAIK it's not illegal to travel with an SBR as long as you keep your stamp stuff handy and have a ATF Notification if traveling outside of the state...so sounds to me that you should be OK at that point in time?

I'm not a lawyer..far from...but I did have QT for breakfast this morning if that changes your opinion.
