Will Glock ever put a rail on G26?

The G43x MOS has the rail...why won't they put a rail on a G26?

YES, I am aware of aftermarket options for rails and lights etc...but a factory rail in my opinion is what should already have been offered. Perhaps on the Gen-6?

Hey I love them, but if the G26 had a rail and combined with an x-grip and G19 mag, the G19 almost becomes obsolete because u have a modular gun in the G26. None of the aftermarket stuff is as good as OEM rail.

I would say this is a possibility. They did it with the 47. Run a 17 size slide or a 19 size, with the 17/x grip OR run a 17 slide and make a 19 LS.
