It might be close. There are two places you would need to check:
1 - at the eyepiece (rear of the scope). Measure outside of scope body there, divide by two, then compare that to the height listed for the rings. OD/2 must be less than ring height.
2 - at the objective (front of scope). Measure outside of body (not 50mm - that's the inside lens diameter), divide by two. Measure distance between top of rail on upper, and top of round handguard, and add that to the ring height. Compare values. OD/2 must be less than ring height + upper/HG difference.
If both both are less, then it will FIT. If it will be the appropriate height for you is another question.
