Winchester M80 white box issue

I purchased a box of Winchester m80 last November and upon opening it discovered what looked like some of the sealant for the bullet and the primer smeared all over the cases and the heads and the bullets. Talking to some other shooters there have been issues with soft or thin primers. I was able to get a full refund from Winchester but only received it in May. Has anyone else had quality issues with Winchester M80 7.62 x 51?

I don't believe I've ever even had any of that ammo, so no feedback there. I have, however, seen personally and heard plenty of other stories about problems with Winchester white box 9mm! I won't buy it. Make me a bit suspect of all Winchester ammo.
