I have a Winchester XPR in 6.8 western with two stocks, one boyds pro-varmint and the factory mossy oak stock, dies, bullets, and some factory ammo. Scope is a Bushnell elite 6500 4.5-30x50 and probably isnt going with the rifle unless the trade is right. If you have any questions just ask and I'll try and get to them when I can.

How is the recoil of the 6.8 compared to a 270 win or a magnum like a 7mm mag?

How is the recoil of the 6.8 compared to a 270 win or a magnum like a 7mm mag?

In my experience I'd say closer to a ultra light 30-06, the recoil is stout but not unreasonable for being a relatively light rifle.
