I also find reloading relaxing and it takes my mind off things.

After shaking off the light IV sedative from eye surgery early yesterday morning my eye was naturally kinda uncomfortable (still is but to a lesser degree) and I needed something to take my mind off it so I sat down at the reloading bench after supper and reloaded 200 rounds of 45 ACP on the ol' single stage RCBS Rock Chucker and for a couple of hours I totally forgot all about my aching eye.
