I've owned an M&P full size and an M&P Compact for 7 years and like them both but I carry the compact daily. I am a little dubious about a "compact" that is only slightly smaller than a full size. Unlike YG, I do not have an issue with the 9c's size/proportions and I've always thought it was excellent for carry as is. I'll keep an open mind but both of my legacy M&Ps work just fine so I may wait a while to buy (I also drive a 16 year old pick up so you can see I'm not a slave to having the latest).

They should have called the M&P9 3.0 instead of compact. I hope its not replacing the gen 1 compact

I really liked the original M&PC. I don't know if this will grow on me or not.

I definitely want a fullsize 5" 2.0 for range and HD duty.
