So I saw some videos about this the other day, and it seems like exactly what I am looking for. I typically chase hogs with my Ruger American Ranch in 762x39, which has a 16” barrel. My current compensator isn’t terrible, but with such a short barrel it really gets loud, and I don’t wear hearing protection while hunting. I figured some sort of a blast diverted would send the majority of that noise towards the target, rather than around me. Think it could be effective? I’ve seen some videos for it, but I’m just not 100% convinced it’s worth my coin, and I don’t know if I wanna spend the premium for a suppressor and the extra weight that comes with it. What do you guys think? https://www.wittmachine.net/sme-sound-mitigation-equipment-copy-25007929.html?id=41686709&quantity=1
